At first glance, the  Xiaomi Mi Smart Weight Scale 2 looks like a standard weighing scale. The surface is made of the tempered glass with an anti-slip coating for use with wet feet. It has a sizeable LED display that lights up when you step on the scale and auto-adjusts the brightness to the corresponding light in the surrounding.

When paired with the Xiaomi Mi Fit app over Bluetooth (available for Android and iOS), the scale can display your weight. It can also show your body mass index (BMI), body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat, body score, basal metabolism, and more. You may create up to 16 profiles for every individual in the household, and it will automatically detect whether it is an adult or a child. This data can then be used to improve your workout schedule or just keep track of your health.

The scale uses 4x AAA batteries (included in the package). Xiaomi claims it can last up to eight(8) months with Bluetooth 5.0 LE.
